Villa Chic
Step inside this incredibly chic villa and feel a sense of calm. The open plan design and luxurious furnishings create a tranquil space, for a relaxing beach break. The villa offers a main living area with self-catering kitchen, with breakfast bar, dining for 8 guests and a TV lounge with leather couches. This flows into a sun room with two day beds, which can be closed off from the lounge by curtains and could function as a separate bedroom. The sun room has glass doors which fold away onto a glorious patio.
Behind the house is the pool room, ideal for older children who want their own space. It has a kitchenette with fridge and sink, dining for 8 guests, a TV lounge, entertainment system and doors which lead out onto the pool deck and built-in bbq. There is also a guest toilet available.
The bedrooms are all decorated in neutral tones with a pop of colour, they are warm, inviting and will make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite with large bath and separate shower as well as glass sliding doors which open onto the patio. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and dedicated bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower, it also has doors opening onto the patio with sea and mountain views. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, en-suite with shower and views onto the garden. Finally the fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, an en-suite with shower and enjoys magnificent sea views. The main Camps Bay strip, with a variety of restaurants, bars and boutiques is within walking distance while the CBD is a short 10 minute drive.
